WARRANTY AND SERVICE
All XOTOPRO and TUMAX product purchases from or distributed by Xotopro Photographic Equipment Ltd are backed by a one year limited warranty.
TUMAX
All our products are manufactured to precise standards and have been subject to stringent quality control inspections throughout the manufacturing process. They are warranted to be free from defects in material and craftsmanship. Should any of our products require warranty service, we will, free of charge, repair to factory prescribed standards or replace, at our option, any part of products which our examination indicates to be defective in materials or craftsmanship.
XOTOPRO QMM1 and other XOTOPRO products
The QMM1 is assembled by hand and there may be sight cosmetic variances from one unit to the next that in no way effect the function or performance of the product. These variances are not considered manufacturing defects.
To qualify for warranty service all products need to be purchased from Xotopro or an authorized dealer in the USA. The customer is responsible for shipping charges to Xotopro even for warranty service. In the case of warranty service Xotopro will pay for return shipping within the USA. Please contact us at info@xotopro.com for address and instructions.
Please note that our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident or careless handling; water, or other foreign substance(s); tampering, repair or attempt to repair by unauthorized repair facility or individual.
